You describe your need, pay €20, and the platform finds an available lawyer specialised in your area. As soon as one is matched, your phone rings and you talk for up to 20 minutes — fully anonymous.

Are my contact details shared with the lawyer?

No. Both phone numbers stay private thanks to a secure phone bridge. The lawyer only gets your first name and your need. No phone number is logged.

When am I charged?

The €20 payment is authorised on your card when you submit the request, but only captured when the call actually takes place. If no lawyer is found or you cancel, the authorisation is released and you are not charged.

What do I get after the consultation?

The call itself is the deliverable: the lawyer gives you their recommendations directly during the call. If you decide to continue together, they take it from there in their firm.

Question 5

What if the lawyer has a conflict of interest with my case?

The lawyer themselves checks for any conflict of interest during the call or when opening a follow-up file, in accordance with their bar's rules. If they identify a conflict, they will tell you and refer you to a colleague.

Can I call the same lawyer back?

If you decide to continue after the call, you stay in direct contact with them — they then take it from there, in their firm.
